Hi - Welcome (myself) to the forums.
We are a small company that utilizes Hytera radios and a repeater. We have the PD782G and MD782G machines.
We are in need of 2 things, I was wondering if anyone can help me with either or perhaps both.
1. In need of a remote radio or ROIP (or something similar) for guys in the field that don't have radios, or are not in repeater range. Nothing fancy, just need to be able to listen and transmit from an Android phone/tablet.
2. the radios we bought are GPS capable, they have the G on it, so why not use it. What software/server would I use to connect to my fleet and monitor where my guys are at?
3. Radio Recording, this isn't a must and doesn't have to be the fanciest. Any of the following features would be sufficient: a, record all transmissions, b, log time/date of transmissions with radio IDs.
We are not ready to spend $$$$$ only $$ so I know Hytera has their dispatch software but that's very expensive and most dealers don't even know the first thing about it...
Any help would be highly appreciated.
