A Teal 1995 Cadillac Deville, a black 2007 Suzuki motorcycle, a blue 2004 BMW motorcycle, and a silver 2007 Toyota Corolla sedan were all southbound on I-25 in the right lane. The left lane was closed due to construction. The Cadillac came to a stop, while the BMW and the Suzuki motorcycles had slowed almost to a stop behind the Cadillac. Both the Toyota and the Cadillac came to rest on the right lane. The BMW after impact went off the right side of the road and caught fire. The Suzuki motorcycle after impact went off the left side of the road and stopped and came to its final rest on its right side.

The restrained driver of the Toyota has been identified as Valerie S. Rudnik Vagher, 49 of Aurora, CO. Rudnik Vagher sustained no injuries and was not transported.
The driver of the BMW motorcycle has been identified as a 51 year old female of Arvada, CO. The driver was ejected and sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead on the scene by the Weld County Coroner. The drivers name is being with held at this time due to next of kin notification.

A bright light went out at BMWMCC Thursday night April 23, 2009...
She was a frequent presence, with bright eyes and broad smile, and she made you feel that everything was always going to be okay. Liz Majors was in the room!
We knew of the love she had for her beautiful daughter Annie, and how she cared for her. We saw them at concerts and at some club parties. They both had a smile on all the time. She was an inspiration to all who knew this special mother/daughter relationship.
She came to mingle, and she came to ride. She rode extremely well, and with anyone. Her beautiful blue BMW was always perfectly clean.
She was a friend to all, and always stepped in to help; to volunteer for almost every job the club offers over the years. Liz was always someone to count on when you needed more help with a club project.
She will be deeply missed by BMWMCC members. Liz Majors was a beautiful person in every sense of the word. Her soul will live on with everyone who knew her.
