The only site between reno and Fernley is the Patrick site, located on the south side of I-80 approx. 1.2 miles east of Patrick off ramp.
Virginia peak is a Washoe System site and simulcasts with NHP.
The other closest to the Fernley area is the Nixon Site, north towards Pyramid Lake, which you may or may not hear from I-80.
The Fairview site is located out Hwy. 50, 30 or so miles east of fallon on Fairview peak.
Further east on I-80 will be the Toulon Peak site.
Hope this helps!

You should be able to hear most of them on the Washoe county EDACS system - NHP for Reno Metro area are patched to the Washoe system - I have heard them clear out to Lovelock - There is a Nevada Shared Radio system repeater on Virginia peak but I am not sure if NHP uses it - Last time I checked on it it only had three frequencies unless they have expanded it out - I haven't been keeping up with that system too much lately - Joe
