I-96 at Pleasant Valley - HAZMAT Incident

Tractor trailer carrying a lubricant rolled over on the east bound side. Radio traffic indicates that westbound is closed. Command has indicated the substance is water reactive. County HAZMAT team has been activated and is on scene.
