Can anybody help me out? I am trying to find out the radio frequencies used at the I.B.P. plant in Joslyn Illinois. I know that they operate on the 800mHz band but I don't know what the specific frequencies are. Can anybody help me out??? I use a Drressler ARA-1500 antenna coupled to a Uniden BC-890 and this antenna does a very good job of picking up the 800Mhz band!!!

Is there any way you could get close enough to the plant and use a signal stalker or freq. counter? Otherwise, maybe search the 851-869 range in 12.5khz steps.

For what it's worth

Looks like IBP has been bought out by Tyson foods.
I see a few liscences in the UHF band for TYSON in Joslin, IL, inculding
an apparent repeater output on 461.625.

461.625 is maint.
462.300 Slaughter Channel?
462.400 "Rendering Channel"

Don't know anything about 800Mhz unless they are the Buying Agents which used to use VHF & UHF channels with DES scrambling.
