I haven't updated my 396T in a while (few years) and decided to as there looks to be a lot of changes for Culpeper County/Town. I use the Butel software that interfaces with the RR database. So I load the Culpeper system, press the reband button and send it to the radio. Now I hear absolutely nothing, no traffic at all. Tried again without rebanding, still no dice. I do see signal strength from the control channel however. WTF did I do wrong? All firmware and software versions are current.
