SDS100/SDS200: I-Calls on SDS-100

Greetings...

I am just making sure I am not missing something. There is no way to lockout all "I-Calls" on the SDS-100, correct? I have a nearby P-25 system that I monitor and the DPW folks use I-call feature often.

I know on earlier trunktrackers you could turn off the I-Call feature on Edacs systems.

If you have said system programmed into a favorites list Turn off ID Search and it will only scan the TGIDs you programmed

What happens if you program a TG with the number as i0 and then set Avoid to it?

People said this won't work, but it works for me.

In my area, the buses took over the airwaves with their I-Calls. Now I hear NONE

Thank you for the replies. I would rather listen to the system in search vs scan mode in order to find new talk-groups. I have been locking out each individual i-Call as it comes up but was wondering if I was missing the obvious locking out all of them at once.

I tried this (i0 - Avoid) with a Hytera XPT system and it doesn't work. As suggested above, turn off ID Search.

I tried now on a DMR OFT system that have 90% icalls and when avoiding i0 I only see the display indicating different time slots when they talk but no ID are displayed and no sound but when an unknown TG are used, that I havn't programmed and I use IDSearch, it comes up with audio. So it should at least work with some system types.
