That's too much color for my tastes but it is awesome that we can customize the screens to essentially whatever we want.

I drive a semi for a living and have had a bcd536hp in the truck for about a year now and I couldn't stand the glare off the screen during the day. It was so bad that I could barely see the screen with the reflection. I just got an sds200 last week and it's amazing!! I use the standard black background with white lettering and it's perfectly viewable anytime of the day! Plus the GPS connection is way easier without the need to plug it in to a 12v socket anymore, just plug it in to the back & the scanner powers it.
