i got it programmed, but cant hear anything

I programmed a trunk system into my bc785d. All 6 freq's with 3 talk groups. i thought i did it right, but i cant hear anything. any suggestions?

Go through manually, and make sure you're at least hearing a control channel. You might want to run a search instead of scan, since you only have a few talkgroups. See if there are other ones active on the system. Are you programming manually, or with software? Also, which system?
