I have a question about the State Police

I live on the state line of Tn and Ky. I was looking at the Datebase and saw something what i do not understand. Is it Digital or not? I am thinking it is not but i see apco-25. I thought that means it is digital am i right or wrong. If it is how do i put it in the radio for digital.

The same way you put it in for analog. If you have digital scanner you'll hear it, otherwise no.

with apologies....

if you have a pro 96 enter the freqs as you would for a normal non-trunked system and make sure the mode is "fm" it should decode them pretty well....

Yes, the scanner needs the digital card though.
