They had two diffent truck system in the same bank for the same co. Both were coming in clear as a bell. I have the same two system in my radio and are in two diffent banks. Did Uniden do something that i do not know about or what? I am lost on this one.

They are both digital one is Public Safety and the other is Public Works.( Example...... 856.2525 is the contral channel for Public Safety and 860.2405 is Public Works.) Everyone is telling me it can not be done and that is what i was thinking but it was done i recheck it today. I also pulled the info out of one of the radio used a lap top and that is what it is showing. Thank you for the info already and the coming info.

Are you sure the frequency on Public works is correct? 860.2405 isn't
a valid Motorola Control frequency according to everything I have read.
The listing for Davidson County doesn't even show it.
Another thing to look at, is the radios 'Control Channel Only Mode'
set to 'Plan 1'?
I think your radio is possibily looking at the 860.2405 freq
as a VOICE Channel freq in that the frequency isn't something it thinks
as being a Control channel. If thats the case, it will scan it being
that is would be scanned as a conventional-non trunked frequency.
Check ALL frequencies you have programmed for Davidson County.
Since there are 2 different sites, you might have a freq wrong. (I
have made this mistake a couple of time.)
This is just an idea of what might be going on here...not an actual
explaination.

Putting both control channels in will enable you to listen to all of the talkgroups. Most of the intersting stuff is on the Public Safety control channel.

Thats what I thought. Putting both control channels in the same bank you will get one or the other. When you first turn on the radio, as it scans initially, the first control channel it comes to it will lock on to it and stay there.
