I have been hearing a new TGID on UT Martin tower 49725
I thought all of THP was 47000-47100?
Checking my Unitrunker logs, in East TN I don't have any UIDs in the 4134### range, nor do I have and TGIDs in the 497##. Might be something more local/regional to W TN?
I am leaning to propagation from THP Dist 7 on three towers so far Hinch Mountain, UT Martin and last night Rippy Ridge. The units I heard were 7775, 7735 I think it was also 213. I didn't keep them I deleted them but I have not heard anything since last night at 11:35 PM. The transmissions are also garbled at times and that is why I am leaning to Propagation. I will hang on to any future transmissions and watch what is going on. I am in District 7 myself. Good luck
I thought so also but there is talk of Highway 64 East which is Dist. 7 and that is on Gills Chapel tower. I am only running the Control channels for the towers.

Theres a chance it could be Bedford County, I heard they were joining TACN but not sure if they got all their radios or if they're just testing right now.
TACN Sites share the same Control Channels spaced just outside of the normal range. When traveling in Middle Tn I see West Tn site Names it is only when looking at my SDS Scanners that I see it does not display 4-023 (UT Martin) ect.
That TG ID is one of some new talk groups in Bedford County that will be coming online soon. You may want to check your site affiliation again. That talk group is not connected to the UT Martin site in West TN.

You should be able to observe the Site ID and/or NAC to confirm what site you are hearing.

If you're seeing the same site names across middle, east, and west Tennessee it could be that they share the same site IDs but are in different RFSS zones. For example RFSS zone 1 site 64 is Smyrna I think but RFSS 2 site 64 could be named something different. Forgive me for my ignorance if I worded it wrong I recently got back into scanning with the new world of P25.
