Would like some advice on purchasing a handheld scanner. I live 10 mi. outside of St. Paul MN. I don't need all the bells and whistles, just something of good quality, simple to use and won't break the bank. I realize that this fourm has a lot of info; most of which I don't understand. If you have a specific model in mind, that would be great.
