I messed up the scanner

I installed a reformatted sd card which didn't go in as it should. It went too far with some help, finally got it out with a pick and yes I knocked a chunk of plastic off of the card. I don't know but it might not have got into the right slot. Iinstalled a known sd card in it said sd card access error. I think I may picked too much. Probably to send it in is my guess.

Reformat the known card and then clear the user data in sentinel.Copy your info to the card and try again to see if that gets you going again.
