Go on vacation for two weeks and what happens?

Missouri Army National Guard decides to drop a 155mm artillery shell 800 feet OUTSIDE the Ft Chaffee range limits! Missed a local house by about 400 feet. Shrapnel damage to the house and a bunch of damaged trees.

Man, don't you know the Ft Chaffee Range Control frequency was hoping that day!
