I need help programming my PRO-95

I bought a PRO-95 without knowing anything about scanners so all I ask is if someone would please help me program the scanner and also give me information on LAPD frequencies.

hate to be the one to break the news to you but La Pd is apco 25 digital so the 95 will not be able to pick them up you would have to go with the 96 or 2096 digital scanner.

Did you even bother to read that page, it states the following:

LAFD uses a conventional analog 800 Mhz system, one of the very few left in the county today.

Did you ever bother to read what I typed? Yes I did read that page, but I don't know anything about scanners that is why I asked that question.

Sorry about that, I was in a bad mood. But yes, you can listen to LAFD. You really should return the PRO-95 and upgrade to a PRO-96 or PRO-2096 if you can afford it, you're going to be missing all the police action.
