I need help with Aurora and Montgomery frequencies

Recently sold a Pro-96 to a fella in Aurora Illinois and needs help programming his local PD. He is in Kane county and mentioned all police for Aurora and Montgomery and any state police.

If anyone can help or assist, please send me a pm. I am trying to download the frequencies from Win96 via RadioRefernce but I dont know which ones to choose since there are soo many haha

Aurora police are Open sky so that is out ... ISP is Starcomm, Montgomery is 800 conventional
