I need help!

I bought my husband a BC246T scanner to use at nascar races. I can't figure out how to program the frequencies. I've looked all over the internet and hope someone can help me here. Thank You!!

Not sure about how correct these frequencies are but they are recent.

I have the frequencies, I just can't figure out how to program them into the radio and the users manual is not user friendly!

Use software/PC to put them in.. SO MUCH EASIER!
