I am new at this and I need help finding frequencies. i just have a regular hand held scanneri found something that has what I am kinda looking for but i don't understand it. It says stuff like Dec, Hex, mode, alpha tag etc. all I need is the frequencies for El Paso Tx police department dispatch or car to car. If someone can help me get all the frequencies for El Paso Tx police, fire and rescue, sherriffs dept. and maybe even detectives and tactical that would be great. Thank you. (mainly the northeast and central police command stations)
