I need kenwood prgraming

I tried to have a kenwood radio programed and i was told that particular model was obsolete and the software would be close to $700 dollars since the radio was obsolete. Any suggestions? The only model number i can find is tk-810. Someone please help me!!! Adam PFD245

I saw this at a Yahoo Group called "radio-programming":
Message #124: The Tk-810 is programmable but there is no PC software to program it, you
have to use a stand alone programmer called an KPT-20.

Kenwood Programming

Adam - the TK810 requires a stand alone type programmer called a KPT-20 that plugs into the radio. There never was any software written to program the TK-810.

E-mail me direct, we can program your TK-810, along with most other older commercial equipment.
