Hello To All. I Need the correct steps and and files to so the Pro-668 can receive DMR successfully. will anyone please kindly send me all of the files including the GREFWtool but i do have the WS1080e_U3.8.bin but I need help so the Pro-668 can receive DMR successfully.

Have you sent your scanner to Whistler to be upgraded? If not you need to do this first.

If you Brick the scanner it will cost more like stated do it the right way.

If you can't afford to do it via whistler, then you can't afford to brick it either.

With that said I have a 668 on the last RS firmware release, with the stock antenna and it does well.

Here are my tips:

You probably want to replace the antenna as for most it is junk.

Put analog in its own scanlist or just buy a used analog scanner, Put P25 in its own scan lists.

For all analog freq set the squelch to NONE. you can set tones for duplicate freq with different tones if you like, but these scanners don't always play well with the tones.

Set DMODE to analog for analog and digital for digital. (Auto only works for analog)

Set DSP to 60, adc ZERO, DAC to minus 6

Set conventional delay to about 2sec, set trunking delay to point 8 to 1.6

These settings work well for me YMMV as there are many variables to affect reception.

Make a archive in iscan, get a spare Sandisk 8gb CLASS 4 speed ONLY card via amazon for under $6 shipped with prime. put your configuration on it for a quick fix when the card gets corrupted.
