Be aware that if you program radios to operate (transmit) on systems that the user is not authorized to
operate on, you are placing yourself into a situation that may involve great legal liabilities.
If trouble occurs, one of the things that will happen to you is you will find yourself in the position of having
to prove that you have paid for the right to use the programming software.
What you propose is undeniably risky. Ask yourself if the risk is worth the reward.
I'm not trying to rain on your parade, but I am trying to get you to consider the consequences that may
arise from offering radio programming services.
Particularly these days when homeland security is a big issue and the fears and threats of domestic
terrorism are taken very seriously by some people who seem to lack any form of sense of humor,
I consider your offer to be ill-advised and I think it will eventually lead to more trouble than it's worth.
