I want to monitor Fort Smith, which Troop under AWIN is best and what other cities and towns will I be able to monitor too.

Use it as your guide as this is how AWIN is setup, The same areas are the AWIN areas, SO Anything listed in the troop H area, You should program because you should hear them all.I'd also program in any and all statewide channels, Should hear them too. .Hope this helps, Anything else just ask..
