These are some hand written documents from roughly 40 to 60 years ago with hand written frequencies that were hand written for the LA area at the time in history in the Los Angeles area. Low Band and VHF high band during the days of history. These are some really good things to look at and see how history is handed down. This is a South Gate PD cop that worked his way up the ranks for years and spent his whole career with The City of South Gate during the days back from the late 1960's and all the way until he finally reitred high up in the ranks. Pretty cool to see some really old hand written frequencies from The LA area back in the early days of radio comm's.

Please download these files for history and the greater good. See attached. I think there is a box of trading department coins I am trying to get a hold of too.

Enjoy and look how the old days were. Pretty cool to see this cool old stuff that was forwarded to me that was suppose to be sent to me.

South Gate PD was on VHF 155.67 until last year or so for this long period of time. Pretty cool to see the history of this VHF high band frequency assinged from the FCC to The City of South Gate for decades. History for sure

I remember doing work on A LOT of the systems on that list at one time or another back when they were still on those frequencies. The MSS I worked for at the time held contracts with a lot of those folks.

There are some major errors on that list though, I know for a fact LAX Approach wasn't on 146.300. Ever. Nor was the tower on 142.350. Unless it was an image. And it wouldn't make sense for Metro/SWAT to be on 155.190, that would've conflicted with Bell PD1.

Regardless, thanks for the trip down memory lane!
