I Wrote My Exam And Passed

This morning, I wrote my Canadian Amateur Radio Basic Qualification exam and got 83% which means I have Basic with Honors and have HF privileges. I don't have a call sign yet since I only wrote it a few hours ago, but I'm excited to get on the air once Industry Canada assigns a call sign to me.

Welcome Victor Echo 6 Sierra Papa Sierra! Wow, they assign call signs pretty fast in Canada, eh? I passed my test on April 7 and my call didn't show up in the database until nearly a week later on 4/13.

I was surprised myself that I got my call sign less than 24 hours after writing the exam.
