Heard traffic from ISP Versailles that the northbound I65 rest area (near Edinburgh) was being evacuated. Troopers were asking if the interstate was going to be shut down. Dispatch was talking to "district 3", and said they had cars in position to do so, but haven't yet.
Trooper then told Dispatch that he had cleared everyone from the rest area building, and was trying to get everyone to leave the entire premises. Trooper asked Dispatch about the bomb squad and she told him to take all traffic to KMA1. I didn't have that programmed in my scanner. I have now added KMA1, but no further traffic heard.
Anyone else listening or have any info?
