IBM X41 Tablet

I just recently purchased an IBM Thinkpad X41 Tablet/Laptop, i would like to put a Tablet OS on it, but not sure in which direction to go with it?

It's Pentium M, 1.5ghz, with 1GB of ram, anyone have any suggestions?

Windows XP Tablet PC edition would be your best bet. Check eBay.
