I have a small dilemma.
I purchased a secondhand IC-R20. I didn't realise that there was a French version that had limited frequency coverage. Regrettably this device is the French version.
Is there a way that can I unlock or unblock the device so that it covers the complete range from 150 kHz to 3.3 GHz?
