IC-208 speaker

Hello I am wondering if anyone knows if i can use a motorola speaker for my Ic-208 I was hoping to just get a 3.5 plug and put it on the moto speaker.

I have two IC-208H's and am using motorola speakers on both. They work fine. There are many different
Motorola speaker models, and I would pop the back cover off to make sure there is just a speaker
inside. There are speakers with built in amplifiers, but these will have more than two wires comming out of
the case... Have fun !

There are only two wires in the back of the speaker. any idea in finding a good heavy duty 3.5 plug that I could put on there
