IC-R10 Open squelch scanning

Hi all,

I would like to know if the R10 will scan in open squelch mode and how to do it if it does.

I have a band selection and a bank I would like to be able to scan with a noise level being audible (open squelch) without the scan stopping.

Also, can the scan speed be adjusted ?
