We've noticed a huge increase in rants and negative posts that revolve around agencies going to encryption due to the broadcasting of scanner audio on the internet. It's now worn out and continues to be the same recycled rants. These rants hijack the threads and derail the conversation. I just ordered an IC-R3. I have read all about how the battery can only run for one hour while the TV is on, the underpowered AC adaptor etc. What I am wondering is this: Has anyone tried Hi-Cap (2650 MaH) NiMH AA batts in the IC-R3? They should be 1000 MaH stronger than a NEW Li-ION Icom battery. So what are the results?
Thanks
