ic-r6 narrowband? FRS?

new to the form
i pulled out my r6 that was a gift some time ago and thought i would play a little i was trying to program in a scan for FRS i noticed the frequencies in the manual but cant figure out how or if i can...
can this radio do the narrowband required for frs?

any help would be great!
