ICE Boston & ICE Sudbury: Who Are They ?

I may have posted something re this some time back, but don't think so.
If I have, I apologize.

Anyone have any knowledge of what "ICE" is ?

I have ICE BOSTON and ICE SUDBURY on a listing I think I picked up from a Uniden USAD file. Curious as to who or what they are.

Both apparently trunked.
Freq's are:

935.875
935.8625
935.85
935.8375

939.1625
936.2000
935.7500

In this case, I don't think ICE has anything to do with the Department of Homeland Security...

If you look through the trunking database, you will see a few 900 MHz SMR trunked systems belonging to Industrial Communications and Electronics, a.k.a. ICE.
