Ice Falling from Tower OKC

It wasn’t much fun to climb towers to work on antennas when they were covered in ice. I had a 12“ adjustable wrench on a tether and i would beat the ice off a rung and climb up the next one, repeat the process for 200-500 feet. Ice used to occasionally shatter antennas and I would have to change them out in awful conditions.
