I was wondering if anyone has noticed any activity on any known or suspected ICE, Customs, or Homeland Security VHF, UHF, or DTRS TG?

I know at least over here in GJ there is little to no comms of this type, but I wasn't sure about the rest of the state. I would think that there might even be increased activity on encrypted channels that might previously been known for these fed agencies.

From videos I've seen, and reports from actual operation locations, most planning is done before targeting a house, cellphones and cellphone apps are used enroute, and once there they are all pretty close together, so radio comms are at a minimum.

That said, I'm interested in seeing if others have heard anything, or noticed anything out of the ordinary.

While searching the VHF band I found 163.700 in fairly regular use here. It was in P25 mode with NAC169 which is used by ICE in many places. It was 100% encrypted with AES. I don't think I've noticed this one before.
