OK, I have read the manual, and I am still not figuring it out. I want to program the 718 to search a specific range, say 14.225 to 14.350, and repeat when it reaches the end point. It says to enter them in the band edge memory spots P1 and P2, but says nothing else about how to do a specific search using those spots. Can anyone walk me through the process?

If you have your scan limits programmed into P1 and P2, go to VFO mode and set to a freq inside these limits. Now press scan. Should work....
