I have an icom F-1721D. It's in my truck and has worked very well for years. It is set up with a remote head. Suddenly it is locked up every time I turn it on. It turns on it beeps and it goes to one channel. None of the knobs or buttons work at all any ideas. I have tried unhooking the power source from the truck battery and leaving it unhooked for a couple days that didn't do anything. Help
