If you are having trouble legally obtaining software please state so. We do not want any hurt feelings when your vague post is mistaken for a free request. It is YOUR responsibility to properly word your request.

To obtain Motorola software see the Sticky in the Motorola forum.

The various other vendors often permit their dealers to sell the software online (i.e., Kenwood). Please use Google or some other search engine to find a dealer that sells the software. Typically each series or individual radio requires its own software package. Often the Kenwood software is less than $100 so don't be a cheapskate; just purchase it.

For M/A Com/Harris/GE, etc: there are two software packages that program all current and past radios. One package is for conventional programming and the other for trunked programming. The trunked package is in upwards of $2,500. The conventional package is more reasonable though is still several hundred dollars. The benefit is you do not need multiple versions for each radio (unlike Motorola).

Hi all, have recently purchased some F2000D radios off eBay to add to my current F2000D setup, however I when programming I have found they are dPMR so unable to use the same software to program them. I can make them work together by setting the channels to analogue but obviously won't work together in digital mode. Is there a way in the software to change the dPMR radios to NXDN?
TIA!

Icom does not make a F2000D. They do make a F2100D NXDN radio, which is the same chassis NXDN/dPMR. I'm willing to bet you bought a F2000 analog only radio.

The F2000D was replaced by the F2100D.

Do you know how to change the F2100D from NXDN to dPMR as the programming software for the F2000D & F2100D is virtually identical, so might be the same way?

You can't select the operating mode under "model" on the pull down menu? If you go to clone, then information, what does it list for radio info?
