Can any of the MNN-Radio gurus look at this ebay listing and tell me if it is compatible with the MNN-Radio system and if so, can Callcomm program it for MNN ??

FYI - The ebay listing says it is a 450-470 mhz split. However the Icom website says it is a 450-490 mhz split.
