Does anyone know if Icom plans to put APCO-25 in any of their scanners. Even better, how about a module for the IC PCR-1000, by ICOM or aftermarket?

I do not think so
I doubt ICOM will make anything APCO 25. An example is the R20 tht unit does not. Try Uniden!
