Icom: Icom IC-2820H UHF side only no RF Output

I have a IC2720H That has good TX output on VHF, but NO TX output on UHF. Any ideas on a solution for a repair?

What frequencies do you have entered in the UHF portion??
Is there a system wide reset available?
