My 2m all-mode rig has had an all-too-common failure of either it's LA22401 rotary encoder, or the circuitry it feeds.
While I don't intend to take it mobiling,
I'd live to get it running in the shack.
Calls to Icom America Parts yield the audio equivalents of either a shrug or a blank stare.
Anyone here found a functional replacement? It doesn't need to be pretty, or even fit inside the case.
