icom ic-f24 need programing

can anybody help program a icom radio... i only can recieive the transmission. i cant tranmit out.i must be doing something wrong in the programing mode thanks.

Programing Icf14/f24

Go to Icom of America homepage.
Select "downloads"
Under Instruction Manuals, select ICF14/F24
It will be in with land mobiles.
