Icom IC-R10 full scan capable mod.

Just purchased an Icom IC-R10 & was wondering if there is a mod to enable this receiver to scan all 1000 channels at one time like they have a mod for accomplishing that with the ICom Ic-R8500 with certain buttons pressed in a special sequence, thanks in advance.

No modification needed...
Toggle (push) the V/M key until MEMO, memory mode, is displayed on
the top of the screen. With the R-10 in MEMO mode, push the SCAN key.

Thanks loads Bill, I was hoping I didn't have to take a soldering iron to it or worse yet, download some 3rd world software into the damn thing, Icom makes good radios, however they do some strange things to make you crazy once you get them home & find out the things they cant or wont do.Thanks again.
