Hi All
Have bought myself an R2. Now would like to get the best possible antenna. I am a fan of 'Airband'. I could listen to it all day, if I could.
Appreciate your help / advice.

I had an R2 and I used both the Diamond SRH-77 (quite long) and the Watson- W-901 Airbander with good results. You will need an SMA-BNC adapter for the Watson W-901. I hope this helps!

Terry, I can second the Diamond SRH-77, very good antenna for air-band. I used it in Florida recently for Mil-air scanning. I have had an R2 since 2000------still works like a charm. Solid radio in my opinion. Congrats on the purchase! Mike
