Trying to tune FM frequency for a local repeater 444.4 and the closest I can get is 444.395. Lets me hear
traffic in a scratchy off frequency way. Any ideas anyone? N7CHG

5KHz off WILL sound fuzzy and scratchy. Change your tuning step to 5KHz so you can dial it in spot on.
