Icom Microphone & 208 H?

I was just curious if anyone knows if a Icom HM 100 mobile mic will work with an icom 208-h ? And if so... if the HM 100 has the ham style hook on the back for hanging, or the more standard round hanger like a motorola or a cb mic .
