Hi Flash and all,

I don't understand what you're getting at, if the PSU was sold as advertized, that is if you shipped the correct one there is no problem. In other words if you advertized a PCR-1000 and shipped a PCR-1000 he got what he paid for. If there is any question or dispute have the buyer check the model number, there can be no resolution without it, only confusion and it looks like you're confused enough already.

It's a branded ICOM transformer.
Model BC-123A
Output 12V DC @ 1000 mA
Center tip positive

Any 12 volt wall wart should work so long as it's capable of an amp
and of course the tip is positive and it fits. This one fits my uniden
scanners as well so it's a common end.

kb2vxa.

The issue is the power supply is a uk one (i am in the uk) and is rated @ 18v 500ma, made in china and supplied MPW (I have since posting had comformation that icom suppled MPW psu's in the uk direct from icom uk them selfs) what i think is correct one the pcr-1000 what is a very early model as well so i think the specs have changed since

I think its just a case of my buyer is looking to pick holes in it to be honest why can peole just take things for granted plug things in and be happy grrrrrrrrr i am begining to hate ebay
