icom police scanner

can anyone help with some info on this scanner what it will recieve freq coverage if it is trunking or conventional digital or not thanks.

Wouldn't it be easier to find the model number (probably on the back under the battery, which I see is already out) and google it?

I believe that is an Icom R-3 and it covers only analog.

we have only the pict we dont have the scanner .

Icom does not sell any trunking scanners AFAIK. Only RS, GRE, MFJ and Uniden do. All these little handhelds will scan frequencies (slowly), and only analog stuff. They are really miniature receivers that scan, not truly scanners in that sense. 73 Mike
