Icom R-20 868mhz range blocked

Hi all,

I was thinking of purchasing one of theses recievers and was wondering if the 868.000-869.000 range on the R-20 has been unblocked in recent models.Has this been corrected by ICOM?

The ones sold here in the US are blocked. eBay usually has some un-blocked ones.
